Using a drawing which shows Gravitational lines originating at the center of the Sun, we can now see how it is possible to observe the Corona in the correct concentric position for the full duration of a Total  Solar Eclipe.
Viewer A can now see both the Black Disk and the  concentric Corona for the full Duration, with the naked eye, while he is situated within the Umbra area.
The Total Eclipse, as shown here, is an image situated in the upper atmosphere where electricity is known to flow. In the ionosphere. About 80 miles up. This is the only way that a viewer can maintain a concentric perspective from any position within the Umbra.
